Toddler room (16-32 months)
Teacher ratio: 1 teacher to 6 children
A curriculum designed to foster learning through stimulating sights, sounds and physical exploring and provide a variety of activities based on the children’s age, including free and structured, individual, pairs, groups, indoor and outdoor. Quiet time will be provided each afternoon for all children. Outdoor activities are scheduled twice a day if weather permits.
Activities include but not limited to:
Story, music and reading to all children.
Identification of people, animals, food, daily items, color, size, etc.
Daily large muscle activities indoor and outdoor
Potty training efforts at child’s own pace.
Coloring, numbers and learn to speak
Exposure to Chinese language and culture
Intermediate preschool room (33 months -4 years)
Teacher ratio: 1 teacher to 9 children
A curriculum designed to foster learning through stimulating sights, sounds and physical exploring and provide a variety of activities based on the children’s age, including free and structured, individual, pairs, groups. Quiet time is provided each afternoon for all children. Out door activities are scheduled twice a day if weather permits.
Activities include but not limited to:
Daily story, reading, music, drawing or hands on projects.
Chinese folk dance and performance
Alphabet, numbers, shapes, combination and subtraction within 10
Children’s rhymes, songs,
Daily large muscle activities indoor and outdoor.
Chinese language and culture emersion.
Preschool room (4-5 years)
Teacher ratio: 1 teacher to 10 children
A curriculum designed to foster learning through stimulating sights, sounds and physical exploring and provide a variety of activities based on the children’s age, including free and structured, individual, pairs, groups. Quiet time is provided each afternoon for all children. Outdoor activities are scheduled twice a day if weather permits.
Activities include but not limited to:.
Daily story, reading, music, arts and hands on projects.
Science and simple experiments
Chinese folk dance and performance (2-3 times a year)
Learn to write simple Chinese characters.
Numbers 1-100, combination and subtraction within 20
Large muscle activities indoor and outdoor.
Chinese immersion.
Summer school (5 years old and plus)
Teacher ratio: 1 teacher to 12 children)
Mid-June through Labor Day
Infuse fun activities with learning Chinese, working on summer home work from school, math reinforcement, arts, Chinese folk dance.
Chinese immersion
Opportunity of performance at the end of program.
